Shipping and returns

It's possible pick up your package directly at the point of withdrawal of CLCBike in Formia (LT)

Your pack shipment
Packages are generally shipped after receipt of payment and are shipped via NEXIVE with tracking and drop-off with signature.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Time for Expedition
Packages are generally shipped within 1/5 days for the department for the department bike components while the minimum time is 5 working days, unless actual availability in stock / supplier and takes about 24-48 hours to reach their destination (there may be timelines more about some disadvantaged CAP, or due to delivery's problems about the missed delivery from the carrier, address not founded or receivers absent).

Shipping costs
Shipping charges include the cost of packaging and postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and it will be applied to each of the shipping charges. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Warning: shipping costs are free for purchases over € 99.00 including VAT.

Returns and Refunds
Shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer.
If the customer decides to return the item/s, without giving any reasons, will have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product.
The product must be received at our facility complete with all accessories, cards, manuals, BOXES original and all that was included at the time of receipt.
Not just checked the status of the product will be issued a refund within 24/48 hours (if the payment was made by bank transfer time for repayment will depend on the banks issuing and acquiring the bank).

Charges Holding Amounts and Possible
The storage costs are to be paid by the customer as well as any costs required by courier to CLC Luca Pontarelli for failure to collect the parcel from the customer.

Insurance
CLC Luca Pontarelli not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments, we remind you that you have the opportunity to insure the package only 5 euro during the order.
